What a pretty lady
Yeeeeeeees!!
I had a dream once, or at least I think it was a dream, I was in bed with a ton of heavy warm blankets on me and this song playing in my head. Sounds boring but I have genuinely never felt so comfortable in my life. Nothing can ever beat that feeling, it's what I imagine something like heroin feels like. This song is just so comforting.
Radiohead is the best thing ever Wow I am just amazed he voice is like a Angel 🙂 And lifting my spirits So much I love this radiohead and thom yorkes voice
This is amazing
Is a so underrated radiohead and is so good 😢
One of my fav radiohead b-sides. Anyone know what it's about?
Well, the lyrics seem to allude to the story of a kid whose parents denied him of the things that would make him “fit in” with other kids. From the first verse to the second verse it seems like he grows up in the song; even his “jeans” (genes) he expresses discontent with, as he can’t get new ones- then later on in life his friends drop him, maybe because he just doesn’t have the same stuff as everyone else (“but mom and dad will not give in”). The band members have said that the lyrics “but I can’t put the needle in” aren’t a reference to someone being too afraid to do drugs, but more in a means of getting revenge on someone. Maybe the kid feels too cowardly to even take revenge on his parents for not letting him do the things he wants to do, and this kid is “too scared to talk/try” because of it. The “without any reason why” could probably be him not understanding why his parents are so overprotective over him? The only lyric I’m confused about is “It's called disease and it's got my head”, as this could loop to another theory, that maybe this kid is denied so many things and doesn’t fit in/his friends ditch him because of this “disease”. It could be metaphorical or literal. Idk. That’s my 2 cents, you can really interpret this song in a lot of ways. And it’s great nonetheless
Thom showing off his amazing vocal at this song, not as dramatic as Creep, but he keeps repeating the intense vocal lines here
50:57 All playing the saddest part of song Colin: 😀😀😀🕺🕺🕺

Destiny Destiny, protect me from the world Destiny Hold my hand, protect me from the world Here we are with our running and confusion And I don't see no confusion anywhere And if the world does turn, and if London burns I'll be standing on the beach with my guitar I want to be in a band when I get to heaven Anyone can play guitar and they won't be a nothing anymore Grow, my hair Grow, my hair, I am Jim Morrison Grow, my hair I wanna be, wanna be, wanna be Jim Morrison Here we are with our running and confusion And I don't see no confusion anywhere And if the world does turn and if London burns I'll be standing on the beach with my guitar I want to be in a band when I get to heaven And anyone can play guitar and they won't be a nothing anymore
Men, where does fans find these videos
I wish I could have been at that concert. Because then I could have invested heavily in Microsoft. Then years later transfer that investment to Amazon. Then to Tesla. Then Bitcoin for a short period.
